Academy - Assignments aren’t showing up for my users, why?

This article applies to:
PoliceOne Academy, FireRescue1 Academy, CorrectionsOne Academy, EMS1 Academy, LocalGovU, and white-label sites

If there are users in your organization who are unable to see their assignment, please confirm they have been added to it:

• Click on the Admin tab, then Assignments and Learning Plans, and find the assignment. Then click on the pencil icon at the right end of the assignment to edit it. 

• Click on the Personnel tab to see if the users are listed there. If not, they will need to be added. 

If the users had already been added to the assignment, please check the following:

• Users are logging in using the correct email address. If not, have them log out and back in under the correct email. 
• Verify that users are going to the correct site URL (i.e. PoliceOneAcademy.com)
• Ensure that users are not trying to access the assignment early as only admins can see the assignment before the start date.
