Cordico - Contact Data Submission Process

To enhance the user experience and provide accurate, up-to-date information, the Cordico App relies on its users to contribute valuable content. This article will guide you through the process of submitting contact information to the Cordico mobile app using our Contact Template Excel file.
Step 1: Access the Contact Template Excel file
You can find the Contact Template Excel file in the Contact Submission Instructions document. This document provides detailed instructions on how to fill out the Contact Template. Before proceeding, please ensure you have read and understood these instructions.
Step 2: Understand the Spreadsheet Tabs
The Contact Template Excel file contains three tabs, each corresponding to different types of contacts: Peer Support Members, Chaplains, and Therapists. Each tab requires different information. Make sure you enter the correct information in the appropriate tab to avoid any confusion or errors.
Step 3: Save and Download the Excel File
If your spreadsheet opens in an internet browser window, you will need to save a copy of the Excel file on your device. You can do this by selecting 'File', then 'Save As', and finally choosing 'Download a Copy'.
Step 4: Rename the File
Once you've downloaded the file, it's crucial to rename it with your agency's name. This step is necessary to ensure that your contacts are correctly associated with your agency in the Cordico App. For example, if your agency's name is "XYZ Public Safety", you could rename the file to "XYZ Public Safety Contacts".

Tips
Leave any fields blank if you do not have the information. We recommend providing any information you have so we can assist with the setup, but contact profiles can always be updated at a later date if you do not have all of the information.
Enter phone numbers without formatting. (ie 2135551212 )
The “Bio” column can include any desired biographical information; there is a 1,000-character limit. Examples can be found by clicking the “View Sample Bios” hyperlink in the Contact Data Submission Instructions.
For Therapists, the “Qualification” column refers to their license number and state.
Available options for Client Age Ranges, Insurance Accepted, and Issue Strengths can be found in the Contact Data Submission Instructions. These selections will be presented in the contact’s bio in the mobile application and provides helpful information for the first responder reviewing profiles.
If you wish to submit images for your contacts, you will need to email them to your Implementation Specialist or upload them using the File Submission Link. Images will display at 250px X 250px, so please ensure images are at least this size and offer a good view of the contact. Please make sure you label your profile pictures accordingly.
Once you have completed adding all your contacts information, please email the document to your Implementation Specialist or upload it through the File Submission Link.
