Occasionally, we all forget passwords and need a little help to reset them. This guide will walk you through the process of resetting your password for the Cordico App.
Contact Customer Support
If you need to reset your password, please reach out to Cordico's Customer Support team. They are available Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm Central Time. Here are the contact numbers:

Email for Password Recovery
In addition to phone support, you can also request password recovery via email. Please send your password recovery request to Customersupport@lexipol.com. Be sure to include your full name and user ID (if known) to help expedite the process.
Access Cordico Support on the Login Page
If you're already on the login page of the Cordico app, you can access Cordico Support directly. Just look for the "About Cordico" section located below the login credentials input area. Here you'll find links to support and resources, including password recovery.
