If you're an agency interested in subscribing to the Cordico Wellness App, here's how you can go about it.
Step 1: Contact Cordico
Your first step is to reach out to Cordico. They can provide you with detailed information about the app, including pricing and implementation details. As every agency's needs are different, Cordico prides itself on offering customized solutions that are tailored to each agency. You can get started by going to Cordico's Contact Page on their website via your computer or mobile device.
Once you're on Cordico's website, you'll want to scroll down to navigate to the form to request info. This is where you can express your interest in subscribing to the app and provide your agency's details.

Step 2: Fill Out the Contact Form or Call
On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a form where you can enter your agency's information. This is your opportunity to provide Cordico with some background about your organization and the specific needs you're hoping to address with the Cordico Wellness App. You can also call our team at 844.220.4929.
Step 3: Submit Your Inquiry
Once you've filled out the form, click the 'Request Info’ button. This will send your inquiry directly to a member of the Lexipol Team, who will review your details and get back to you shortly.
