Our Exam report allows you to analyze exam and quiz results from any course completed by members of your organization. This provides a deeper level of visibility on which concepts are mastered and which need reinforcement.
You will find the Exam Report under the Admin menu and selecting Reports. You can than choose from one of seven different formats, depending on your needs. You can narrow down the results by selecting a date range, specific members or courses.
Here is a summary of what each report format provides.
Detailed
A complete report of all test answers that each user has submitted when completing courses. It includes when they submitted the response, whether it was correct or not, and the overall score for the test.
Users Scores Per Course
A list of users and their scores for each course that was taken. Each course is listed in a separate column for easy filtering. Cells left blank mean the user for that row did not take the course for that column. Allows you to see which members are struggling with what course.Note: the test score values are either (1) the latest test score if the user completed the course just once during the selected date range; or (2) an average of the latest test scores per completion if the user completed the course multiple times.
Users Scores Per Question
A list of users and their scores for each test question that had a response submitted. Each test question is listed in a separate column for easy filtering. Cells left blank mean the user for that row did not submit a response to the question for that column. Find out which test questions members are struggling with. Note: the score value is an average score. So if the user had 2 attempts, and scored 100 and 0, the average score listed would be 50.
Frequency Of Answers Per Question
Shows how frequently each answer was provided per test question, per course. Answers are listed in separate columns. You can see how most people answered a question.
Correct Answers Per Course
Shows the average percentage of correct answers given per test question per course. If a low percentage of people answered correctly, this report can help you identify which test questions may be too challenging, or maybe confusing, or contain inaccuracies.
User Overall
Detailed visualization of test data on a user-by-user basis. Useful for individual user audits.
Course Overall
User-friendly visualization of test data on a course-by-course basis. Helpful to quickly assess if personnel has mastered a course.
