Rejecting an Update to an Existing Policy –

Export PDF of Issued Manual Produces an Error –
- Attempt to “PDF with Labels” each policy from the Issued Manual.
- Check the draft version of the policy that produces the error to see if there is still an issue. Most likely the issue causing the error is an attachment that has been removed or some other minor issue.
- Once corrected and re-issued the export should work.
- Sometimes it is an internal print error but ruling out agency formatting errors is the place to start.
