Academy - How Do I Update my Email, Username, or Password?

This article applies to:
PoliceOne Academy, FireRescue1 Academy, CorrectionsOne Academy, EMS1 Academy, LocalGovU, and white-label sites

To find and update your username/email address, click on your name in the upper right hand corner and select My Profile.

Here you will find the username and email connected to your profile. You can select the Change button next to each entry if you would like to update either one. 

To update your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the Sign In page.
