The outline below will guide you through the steps for assigning credit to members of your organization. When you assign credit using this method, the training records for the members will be updated to reflect the newly assigned credit, just as if the member had completed the course through the system.
- Navigate to the Course you want to assign credit.
- Select the Record Course Credit button below the title of the course.
- You will need to enter the date and time you wish to assign credit. This will record a date and time of completion for the user. Note: this cannot be future dated.
- Next, select which members you wish to assign credit by selecting the box next to their name. You can use the search boxes to search by user name, group, position, and/or unit. If you would like to select all the users you see on the screen, you can select the box next to the User header. If you would like to select all members, select the Add All Filtered button.
- Once you have selected the members, hit the Submit button and the credit will be assigned.
