Academy - How to see student progress towards credential requirements

PoliceOne Academy, FireRescue1 Academy, CorrectionsOne Academy, EMS1 Academy, LocalGovU, and white-label sites

To check credential training requirements and courses, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Admin menu on the dashboard menu item and click the Credentials link that appears in the drop-down list
2. On the Members Credentials tab, use the filters to find the member whose progress you wish to check. Note users may have more than one credential. Click the View Progress link to expand the credential table.  
3. On the credential training detail page, you will see training progress details for their credential, based on the learning plan assigned to the member. This screen will show you a breakdown for the credential by:
   • Assigned Learning Plan
   • Training Period
   • Status/Progress 
   • Hours completed
   • Hours required
   • Hours remaining
   • Completion status
