Academy - I'm not receiving emails from Academy

This article applies to:
PoliceOne Academy, FireRescue1 Academy, CorrectionsOne Academy, EMS1 Academy, LocalGovU, and white-label sites

If you are not receiving emails from Academy, there are a few things you can do to resolve this:

1. If you were added by an administrator, please check that they used the correct email address and spelling. 
2. Check your spam or junk folders to ensure the emails aren't being routed there automatically by your email client.
3. If your email service is internally hosted and managed by your IT personnel (i.e. your are using a dept. email addresses), have your IT team whitelist or add our domains.
4. If you're still having trouble receiving emails after these updates to your IT settings, please contact our team and we can double check our own mailing systems to confirm whether or not the notification emails were sent out.
