Obtaining Login Information

Cordico provides digital posters and postcards containing information on how to access your app. There are several ways you can obtain your login information:

Contact a Peer Support Team Member, Chaplain Support, HR, or a Supervisor

One of the simplest ways to get your login information is to reach out to a Peer Support Team Member, Chaplain Support, your HR department, or a Supervisor. They can provide you with the necessary details to access your Cordico app.

Login Information on the Department Intranet

Your login information may also be posted on your department's intranet. Be sure to check there for any updates or information regarding the Cordico app.

Request Login Information via Email or Text

You can submit a request for login information either by email or text. This request should be directed to a Peer Support Team Member, Chaplain Support, HR, or a Supervisor. They will respond with the necessary credentials for you to log in to your Cordico app.

Briefings or Roll Call

Lastly, login information may be shared during team briefings or roll call. Listen out for this information during these meetings to ensure you can access your Cordico app account.

Logging In

Once you have obtained your login details, you can access your Cordico app. Simply open the app, enter the provided username and password into the corresponding fields, and tap 'Log In'. 

Remember, your login details are confidential. Never share them with anyone else, and always ensure you're entering them on the official Cordico app to maintain security.
