Academy - What are Active, Invited and Inactive Members?

PoliceOne Academy, FireRescue1 Academy, CorrectionsOne Academy, EMS1 Academy, LocalGovU, and white-label sites
There are three types of Members whose records are associated with your organization.
Invited Members are members that were recently added to your account. When a member is added, our system sends an email to them notifying them that they're been added to your subscription and must set up their account by choosing a password.
Active Members are members who have been added to your account and who have gone through the process of choosing a password and logging into the system to complete their profile.
Note you can create Assignments for both Active and Invited members, add them to Groups, and perform other actions.
Inactive Members are members who were Active Members, but have been deactivated from your account. Deactivating a member removes them from your organization's subscription to Academy. If you deactivate a member, they will no longer show on your roster list and they will no longer have access to your plan. However, you can include their training records in reports by selecting the Include Inactive Members checkbox at the bottom of the report setup page.
You can always re-activate a member with the Add Member button.
