How can I see my training progress towards credential requirements?

This article applies to:
PoliceOne Academy, FireRescue1 Academy, CorrectionsOne Academy, EMS1 Academy, LocalGovU, and white-label sites 

To check your training progress, follow the steps below:

1. Go to My Dashboard in the menu bar and click Credentials from the drop-down list
2. On the Credentials listing page, you can check the overall progress for each credential under the Training column.
3. Click the Training Progress Tab to view the specific details of your training. On this page, you will see the detailed progress for each Training Category, such as Required Hours, Earned Training Hours, and Remaining Hours towards credential completion.
   
4. You can click on each Category to see a list of courses that will meet the requirements for that category. 
5. When category requirements are fully satisfied, the category status will change from Not Started or In Progress to Complete.
