    Overview

Welcome to our Anonymity FAQ, where we address your essential questions with a special emphasis on our commitment to your anonymity and privacy. Dive into clear, concise answers about how our app protects your identity, manages data, and enhances your experience to provide peace of mind and build your trust in the Cordico Wellness Program.

    1. How does the app ensure my anonymity?

Our app is designed with your anonymity as a priority. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as device ID, email, name, or other types of IDs that can directly identify you, ensuring your activities within the app remain anonymous. When you log in, we generate a unique anonymous identifier that is not tied to your personal information or device. This process allows us to understand the series of events that occur within the Cordico application without compromising your anonymity. For more detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

    2. What data does the app collect?

For analytics, our app collects non-personal data, focusing on metrics that offer insights into how the app is used. This includes app usage frequency, feature popularity, and general user behavior. Such data collection enables us to enhance app performance, enrich content value, and ultimately improve the overall user experience. Examples of the datapoints we capture include the number of active sessions within your organization, the most popular Wellness Toolkits, and the most frequently contacted groups, such as clinicians or peers. This approach ensures that improvements and updates are aligned with user needs and preferences without compromising individual anonymity.

    3. What details are retained by the app?

The app is designed to protect your privacy by not retaining any personal user data. Instead of individual accounts, users utilize shared department IDs and codes to access their tailored Cordico Wellness experience, ensuring privacy and security while enabling personalized support and resources.  An organization may have up to five different app accounts linked to specific user types, accommodating a variety of roles within the organization, including active service members, retirees, spouses, peers, and leaders. This structure emphasizes our commitment to privacy and the tailored support we provide to each segment of our user base.

    4. Where is my data stored?

Data collected by the app is securely stored on encrypted servers located in the United States. These servers are maintained according to strict, standard data protection and privacy laws, ensuring the highest levels of security and confidentiality for your information. We are committed to using state-of-the-art technology to protect your data from unauthorized access.

    5. Do I need network connectivity to access the Cordico App?

Yes, network connectivity, either through cellular data or Wi-Fi, is required to access the Cordico application. The app does not store any data or content locally, ensuring your interactions are always current and secure. For additional security and privacy, accessing the app via a VPN is also supported. This allows you to maintain a protected connection regardless of your location, as long as you are logged in, enhancing both accessibility and confidentiality.

    6. Are all calls leaving the Cordico App anonymous?

The Cordico App gives you the flexibility to choose whether you wish to make your call anonymously. However, it's important to note that some peer support teams, clinicians, hotlines, and other contact groups may block calls from private numbers. This policy ensures the security and comfort of those making calls, but we encourage you to consider this when deciding how to place your call.

    7. Who does Lexipol share aggregated data with, and can you assure that this data is not shared with organizations within or outside the United States?

Lexipol shares aggregated, anonymized data with trusted user experience research and development partners to improve our services. We rigorously ensure that this data is not shared with any other organization, adhering especially to legal and ethical standards that prevent sharing with entities in regions like China and Russia. Our commitment to global compliance and user privacy is unwavering, ensuring that your data remains protected across all jurisdictions.
